Senior Pastor: Dave Brown
Dave has been the senior pastor at Allendale since 2007. Prior to that, Dave started North Hills Christian Church in Vacaville, CA. He also led youth ministries at Petaluma Christian Church and Crossroads Christian Church.
Dave graduated from Hope International University in 1989 with degrees in Diversified General Studies and Bible.
Dave and his wife, Christi, have been married 9 years and have 5 children, Trevor, Allison, Noah, Olivia and Emery.

Youth Pastor: Ray Hausler
Ray and Michelle return to Allendale Union Chapel after nine years of ministry in Greene County, Indiana and Novato, California. Ray has been involved in student ministry for over 20 years including time as a high school cross country and track and field coach, most recently at Will C Wood High School. Michelle teaches math at Vacaville High School. He has led student and children’s ministries here at Allendale Union Chapel, The Quest in Novato, Cincinnati Christian Church in Indiana, and at Trinity Christian Center.
Ray has a B.S. in Christian Leadership/Bible & Theolgy from William Jessup University. Michelle has a B.S. in Math/Bible from Pacific Christian College.
Ray loves to run, watch college football, and cheer on the Los Angeles Dodgers (his biggest fault, we know). As a family, the Hauslers love traveling to the coast, to the mountains, and to any other destination that invites new adventures.
